Speaker Bio
Prudence Pitter, is the Founder & CEO of PEARRM Services, where she advises boards and executive teams on succession strategy, leadership continuity, and workforce resilience. She brings more than two decades of global HR leadership experience, including serving as Global Head of HR at Amazon Web Services and Chief Human Resources Officer in the hospitality industry. Prudence is an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a board member on multiple boards, including Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut. She is also a global keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator, and was recognized as one of the 50 Women to Watch for Board Service by 50/50 Women on Boards.
