Those who know me well, know that I am a big fan of the University of Alabama Football Team. I have been a fan of theirs since the 1960s because that’s where Joe Namath played his football in college. Upon hearing that Nick Saban, the coach of ‘Bama has decided to retire, I wanted to write a few words about him, as he is one of my leadership influencers.
