What we knew — or thought we knew — about the American workplace has shifted.
We are not putting the toothpaste back in the tube: The workplace has changed from what it was, and there are clear benefits to a “work anywhere” strategy. It creates more inclusivity and diversity, while also exponentially increasing the talent pool from which to draw.
The future of the workplace will be a combination of the traditional office environment and the “work anywhere” employee. It is the responsibility of business leaders to create a workplace that optimizes business performance without minimizing personalization.
