The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which protects young undocumented immigrants from deportation and allows them to obtain valid work permits, should not have been overturned and said the Trump administration’s actions to rescind the program violated the Administrative Procedure Act.
