Sherlin Nair is research associate with The Conference Board, focusing on human resources and talent management. She has published research reports and chapters, which include: Strategic Leadership Development Report 2013, FutureSkilling your Workforce (2015), 2016 Global Executive Coaching Survey, and a chapter on the rise of internal coaching in The Center for Creative Leadership ‘Handbook of Coaching in Organization’ (2015). Nair has over a decade of experience in business with global organizations like GE Capital, and Dell. She is currently serving on the board of ATD, New York chapter for the 4th year, and is also a doctoral student in organizational leadership at Columbia University.
