Roly has had a diverse career spanning the Royal Navy and Financial Services with JPMorgan and Credit Suisse, before setting out on his own to develop a commercial real Estate business which he built up for a sale in 2021. His wife Nadia works in Financial Services, and her career has led Roly and the family to Hong Kong, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands and to the USA. Roly and Nadia, and the family, have been the subject of 6 relocations, 5 of them international, and they have never gone smoothly. This is why, after the sixth relocation, Roly has set up Concilium Relocation to do relocation, better. Roly brings with him time honoured military planning techniques, and a large network of relocation concierges – those who have been relocated themselves and can offer unique insights as to the new location.

Roly and has family live in Oyster Bay, on Long Island, and enjoy the outdoors – sailing, rowing, swimming, cycling and skiing
