Dr. Robyn Stein DeLuca is a psychologist and postpartum consultant. She helps employees (and managers) navigate parental leaves and returns with confidence. After fifteen years on the faculty of Stony Brook University, she decided to apply her expertise on pregnancy and the postpartum period to help companies facilitate the smooth and productive return of valuable employees so that employee retention is high and turnover costs stay low.
