Dr. Hardin has 25+ years of experience with clients on organization design, HR strategy, senior team alignment and transformational change. His Ph.D is from Cornell University. He was with Nolan, Norton and KPMG doing Business Transformation and IT strategy in the US and Europe (The Netherlands). He spent 18 years with Delta Consulting Group (later Mercer/Oliver Wyman) with C-Suite executives on organizational performance, human capital strategy and change. He also worked internally at Harley-Davidson leading the culture change for their manufacturing transformation. He is currently consulting independently working on complex change issues, executive coaching and assessment and senior team effectiveness.
