As a Senior HR Consultant at Berkshire Associates, Rachel Rubino specializes in helping federal contractors and subcontractors of all sizes and industries meet their unique affirmative action needs. With an in-depth understanding of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) regulations and requirements, Rachel provides leading support and guidance to her clients"working to keep them up-to-date and compliant. Rachel is dedicated to keeping her colleagues informed which is why she regularly develops white papers and articles on the latest trends and updates. She is a frequent contributor to Berkshire's BALANCEview blog. Rachel also shared her knowledge of audit preparedness with Hampton Roads ILG members this past spring (March 2018). Rachel is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
