I’m an employment attorney licensed in California. During my career I’ve worked as an employment litigator, an HR executive, a director of an international judicial education program, a business owner, a workplace investigator (conducting over 1,200 investigations), a trainer (training thousands of professionals via live training and now writing content for online training) and an expert witness. In addition to my paid positions, I’ve also been appointed by two California governors to serve on the Fair Employment & Housing Council where I drafted regulations clarifying California employment laws. I am also the author of The Drama-Free Workplace (Wiley).
