Milan holds several Certifications with The Predictive Index and Stanford University School of Medicine for Human Behaviors & Psychology for High Performance. Milan is the founder of The Milan Batinich Group and Milan Motivates, a professional development & motivational speaking company that guides individuals’ in their journey to find joy, energy, passion, peace, and purpose in their work. Milan serves on the SOCAP West Board as its President & ACCA Board. Milan is a dad, avid cyclist, coach, and storm chaser.
