Dr. Matthew Ritzman, Ph.D., is an experienced labor and employment attorney. He possesses a broad range of experience in labor and employment law and has been recognized for his expertise at the intersection of employment law and technology in the workplace. While working for the United States Department of Justice, Matthew earned both his Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Educational Technology. He handles a broad range of labor and employment matters including ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, handling administrative investigations and employment litigation, assisting to resolve disputes and providing counsel on emerging issues in workplace technology. Apart from his legal practice, he serves as a professor, teaching business law and technology courses. Matthew frequently writes and lectures on timely labor & employment matters.
