Matt DeLuca has spent his entire career providing HR leadership to several organizations — large and small — that sometimes did, and other times didn’t, value the HR function and understand what to expect from HR. What he found that always worked best was a consultative role that linked HR directly to the organization’s vision, values, and objectives. Matt has always felt that success drives results — the simpler, the faster, the better. Matt has co-authored nine books on various HR topics. He also currently teaches at Baruch College, NYU, and the University of Science and Technology (Shanghai).
