Marcy Mirkin, Founder of Mirkin Solutions, a boutique people operations consulting firm has experience working within global start-ups, entertainment and non-profit companies such as Change.org, American Friends of Magen David Adom, and Rainforest Alliance. In addition to being an instructor in human resources at Baruch College, CAPS program in human resources and a SHRM Government Affairs Advocacy Team member, she was a member of PowerShift, one of the final product teams presenting at the White House #Hackthepaygap hackathon. She is currently working with several start-ups developing integrated performance management, compensation and budgeting tools to accomplish their specific business goals.
