Manoj Rajwani is Vice President for USI Northeast. With over 15 years of experience in consulting and financial services, he takes pride in his role as trusted benefits advisor to his clients. Manoj's wide range of experience in the industry enables him to serve as an educational resource for his clients. He is also an expert problem-solver — utilizing the USI ONE Advantage® to proactively plan ahead and account for potential issues in developing and executing benefits strategy. Manoj's strengths lie in his ability to define and surpass his clients' benefits and business objectives — taking into account, advanced cost-management strategies and delivery system innovations. He taps into his financial background to deliver insightful, client-centric services in a cost-effective manner. A member of USI's Transaction Advisory Group, Manoj is skilled in exploring out-of-the-box solutions for private equity customers and their respective portfolio companies. His comprehensive understanding of health care reform, population health management, life and disability benefits allows Manoj to consistently deliver valuable services to middle-market companies, corporations and organizations. A former senior consultant at Chernoff Diamond, Manoj's core competencies include market analysis, industry research, financial modeling, Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, benefit plan design including consumer-driven health plans, reference-based pricing, private exchange platforms, medical plan utilization management, value-based design, pharmacy cost-containment programs, contribution strategies, high-performance networks, wellness programs and data warehousing. Prior to joining the firm, Manoj also held positions of senior consultant at Mercer within their Portfolio Benefits Alliance private equity focused team. He is a graduate of Baruch College and resides in New Jersey. Manoj is passionate about furthering the dialogue regarding the challenges we face today around diversity and inclusion. He hopes to bring attention and voice to people who have been impacted, by getting involved within programming at several membership associations which he is a part of (Tri-State Diversity Council, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Penn Club of New York, Society of Human Resource Management, Association for Corporate Growth).
