Malla Haridat, an award-winning entrepreneur, is on a mission to create inclusive work environments. She helps companies tackle what they don’t know that they don’t know about diverse talent and has delivered programs for groups like Columbia, Con Edison, and New York City Dept of Small Business Services. Malla has been featured numerous media outlets including The New York Times, Black Enterprise, Huffington Post and Good Day Street Talk. She launched several innovative recruiting and career development programs during her years in Higher Education. She was a former Vice President for the NY Chapter of the National Association of African-American HR professionals and has researched employer needs including a recent report with the James and Judith K. Dimon Foundation.
