Lois La Londe is the Supervisory Benefits Advisor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) at the U.S. Department of Labor. She manages EBSA's Benefits Advisor division, which is responsible for providing technical assistance to plan participants of their rights as well as plan fiduciaries of their duties under ERISA and other applicable federal laws. Prior to this position, Ms. La Londe was a Senior Investigator in EBSA's enforcement division and conducted numerous investigations on health plans, pension plans, service providers and financial institutions. Additionally, she has served at the Department's National Office in Washington, D.C. as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Program Operations. Ms. La Londe received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2010 and is admitted to the New York Bar.
