Jill Salayi is General Manager of Workman Publishing, one of the country’s largest independent book publishers, and she is a member of Workman’s executive team. Jill’s in charge of Human Resources, along with Operations, including warehousing, fulfillment, and customer service. Jill has created training and development programs, and has established a culture within Workman of mentoring, coaching, and all-around merriment. She’s been with Workman Publishing for 25 years, the last fifteen as its general manager.
