Jae Broderick migrated to America at the age of ten and enjoyed success as an artist, even traveling the world as advance for the Obama White House. However, it wasn’t until she dared to follow her long-held dream that she came face to face with soul crippling criticism. Her journey from deer in the headlights to survivor of worst case scenarios inspired her to write DeConstructing Criticism, a toolkit for creatives on how to filter feedback. She now speaks to creatives in all industries about how by activating the power of belief we can improve the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and see criticism for what it is: temporary and survivable.
