Ms. Kirtzman manages clients in a variety of industries, predominantly in the professional services, consumer goods and financial sectors. She has presented at diversity & inclusion conferences at the Conference Board and Linkage and has held town hall meetings for her clients. Ms. Kirtzman was born and raised in Germany and holds a B.A. in Translation and Linguistics from the Fachhochschule KÓ§ln, Germany.
