Dr. Andrea Grannum-Mosley is the Founder and CEO of MosAL Consulting LLC, a woman-owned, veteran-led human resources and workforce consulting firm focused on strategic retention, leadership alignment, and veteran workforce integration. She brings over 15 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources and 12 years in higher education, where she designed curriculum and led short-term, industry-aligned training and workforce development programs. Dr. Grannum-Mosley holds a doctoral degree and has dedicated more than 17 years to volunteering with veterans through the Workforce Investment system and PA CareerLink®, supporting career transitions, resume development, and employment readiness. She is the author of a published resume guide, in circulation since 2009, focused on translating experience into employer-ready value. Her leadership and service include current board and advisory roles with the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council, Military and Small Business Chambers, the Boys & Girls Club, and the YWCA. She also serves as 1st Vice President for Programming for the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Greater Lehigh Valley Section. Through MosAL Consulting LLC, Dr. Grannum-Mosley helps small and midsized organizations reduce turnover, expand veteran hiring, and build sustainable workforce strategies that deliver measurable business results.
