Carrie Weaver is the founder and CEO of Silver Branch Consulting, a boutique, woman-owned leadership development firm. Carrie started her career as a Geologist but ultimately missed working with people. She shifted into the HR field after answering a calling to help people and organizations. Carrie spent 15 years in corporate HR before becoming a certified coach. During her HR career, Carrie specialized in: Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition & Management, and Inclusion & Diversity. She has worked in several corporate environments including a tech startup, the Defense & Aerospace sector, Health & Wellness, and Governmental Non-Profit.
