Brian Edwards is the Chief Operating Officer of TerraCRG, Brooklyn’s largest independently owned commercial real estate brokerage and advisory company and a Co-Star Power Broker. Brian oversees finance, operations, human resources and technology. He has developed and implemented highly effective strategies and processes for recruiting and marketing including the inclusion of video job postings and drone video imagery. He upgraded firm-wide technology infrastructure and reduced expenditures on third-party services. During his tenure the firm has doubled the number of sales/leasing teams resulting in increased revenue streams and market exposure. Brian personally negotiated the purchase of a new headquarters building and oversaw design and construction earning the 2016 Building Brooklyn Awards award for Adaptive Re-use. Brian’s operations and marketing team has managed and produced the acclaimed Only Brooklyn Real Estate Conference for the past 7 years drawing the most successful and prominent developers, investors, analysts and real estate professionals to the all day event in Brooklyn.
