Amy Kates is managing partner of Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, an organization design firm named by Forbes as one of America's leading consulting firms. Amy is a co-author, with Greg Kesler and Jay Galbraith, respectively, of four of the best-selling books in the field. The organization design approach and tools they have developed have become the standard design methodology used in dozens of major corporations around the world. In addition to consulting, Amy teaches organization design through Cornell. In 2017 LinkedIn selected Amy to exclusively create a series of 17 videos on org design for its learning platform.
