Lots of news came out to help employers navigate the PPP program. The Treasury and SBA jointly released PPP FAQ’s that provides relief for employers to certify their need for the loan under a “Safe Harbor” if the loan was under $2 Million. Guidance for Loan Forgiveness is still forthcoming; however the SBA released the application & instructions to help the get the process started.
