Brenda is currently the Director of Human Resources at Robertet, Inc. where she has been for five years. Located in Mt. Olive, New Jersey, she oversees the Human Resources function for New Jersey, New York, and Canada locations. Prior to Robertet, Brenda held senior level HR Business Partner roles at Scholastic, and for over 15 years, at Avon Products, Inc. As the Director for Human Resources and Staff Engagement for the Southern New England Conference, UCC, Irma Reyes leads collaboratively with Executive staff for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function of the organization. Reyes is a dedicated HR professional, with a strong background in federal and state employment laws, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs, training, compliance issues, employee relations and employment discrimination investigations in both private and public sectors. She is most proud of her mentorship to seventh grade girls and her co-authorship to the Latinas Rising Up in HR book, both Spanish, and English versions. Reyes earned her B.S. Degree in Business Management and has a M.S. Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership (MSMOL). She is married with two young adults, all residing in New Haven, CT.
Genesis Fisher, Esq. is the founder of Fisher Law Practice, P.C. which helps businesses create healthier workplaces by addressing office tension. Through mediation, coaching, and employee education, the FLP team gets people talking so they can share their frustrations, address differences and repair trust. Their award winning workshops have helped over 2000 people in six countries. Ms. Fisher has been an Adjunct Law Professor since 2014 and taught over a dozen courses such as negotiation, conflict resolution, and legal writing. She is the Director of the Mediation Clinic at New York Law School.
Ms. Fisher is a Certified Mediator, on the Advisory Board for the Center for Creative Conflict Resolution, and the Immediate Past President of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Greater New York.
Prior to starting the firm, Ms. Fisher spent nearly a decade fighting for the rights of indigent clients as a public defender with the Legal Aid Society. She began her legal career at the Southern Poverty Law Center, where she worked on national civil rights issues and Alabama jail and women’s prison reform. Ms. Fisher is a graduate of Smith College and New York University School of Law.
Claire Stroh, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director, Technology Talent Management at Lighthouse Technology Services and President of Claire is Coaching. She has used LinkedIn, Twitter, and networking to build her personal brand and uncover new opportunities for herself and the companies she’s worked for. She’s passionate about helping others do the same! Claire has more than 10 years of successively diverse human resources management experience with privately-owned and publicly-traded global leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Niagara University. She is certified as a Professional in HR through SHRM and HRCI. Claire is an active member and blogger for SHRM, and also a member of SHRM’s Emerging Professional Advisory Council (EPAC). She serves as the College Relations and Emerging Professionals Director on the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) Board of Directors and is a Board Member for the UB School of Management Alumni Association (UB SOMAA). Claire was also named a 2022 HR Impact Award Winner by Buffalo Business First and 2022 Community Catalyst Award Winner by HRUnite.
