HR 3.0?
Are You Ready?

As organizations continue to digitally reinvent themselves or “become cognitive”, HR leaders are discovering that a new approach is needed to hire, engage, and retain talent to ensure the enterprise is equipped for the future. AI represents a key part of workforce engagement and is central to the HR 3.0 journey along with the adoption of cloud, automation at scale, and agile ways of working. In this keynote, Amy Wright, Managing Partner, IBM Talent & Transformation, will explore a broad set of critical issues such as building and maintaining a skilled workforce, humanizing experiences at work and
embracing the combination of AI, automation, cloud, and collaboration to create modern employee experiences and a
culture of innovation.

As the Managing Partner for IBM’s Talent & Transformation business, Amy is responsible for bringing innovative services and software to IBM clients to help with the transformation of talent and the reinvention of the Human Resources function. Prior to providing talent solutions for clients, Amy served as the HR VP for the Global Business Services unit, an organization of >125k employees worldwide. During her tenure in this role, Amy led the workforce strategy of creating a global delivery network of centers, the shift to a learning-based culture, growing early professionals into leaders
and levers of change, and introduction of cognitive into talent programs. In 2015, Amy
was awarded a U.S. patent in the field of predictive analytics in resource management.

Amy is the co-author of IBM’s Institute of Business Value’s “The enterprise guide to
